These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the JBRC web and mobile application (the “Service”) provided by Jai Bharat Roadways Corporation(“JBRC”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

The Service is intended for business use by authorised personnel. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorised purpose.
Upload false, misleading, or infringing content, including inaccurate statutory or tax records.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems.
Interfere with, disrupt, or reverse engineer the Service or its security features.

3. Customer Data and Responsibility

You retain ownership of the business data you enter into the Service. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of that data, including consignments, e-way bills, invoices, and financial records, and for ensuring compliance with applicable transport, GST, and tax regulations.

4. Statutory and Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party and government systems (for example, the GST/e-way bill portal) to process your requests. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of those third-party systems, and their use may be subject to their own terms.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by JBRC and its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your internal business purposes only.

6. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, including for maintenance, without liability.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. JBRC does not warrant that the Service will meet all of your requirements or be free of errors.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JBRC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a manner that may cause harm. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, subject to any data-retention obligations described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and the courts having jurisdiction in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
